No problem. If you have already purchased an OLLEIRA® cutlery basket from our shop, we will gladly check if we can assist you as part of our customer service.


🔧 FixClip Replacement – Exclusively for Existing Customers

The OLLEIRA® FixClip can only be used in combination with an OLLEIRA® cutlery basket. To prevent misuse, a replacement or reorder is only possible for verifiable existing customers.

Please note: There is no entitlement to a free or paid replacement. Each request will be reviewed individually.

Note: This service is exclusively for customers who have already purchased an OLLEIRA® cutlery basket from our shop.

As part of our customer service, in individual cases, we may include a FixClip free of charge, provided that after a positive review, you decide to reorder an OLLEIRA® cutlery basket (basic) from us.

In this case, the FixClip will not be displayed in the shopping cart and will not be selected separately, but will be manually included after a positive review.
